By accessing or using BookSlot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice.
BookSlot provides a booking management platform for service businesses. We offer a free plan (limited to 10 bookings) and a paid Pro plan. Features include booking pages, client management, email confirmations, and availability management.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
The free plan allows up to 10 bookings total. The Pro plan is billed monthly and allows unlimited bookings. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You may not use BookSlot to: conduct illegal activities, send spam or unsolicited communications, infringe on intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or resell the service without our written permission.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before collecting their personal information. You must not use client data for any purpose other than managing their bookings. You are the data controller for your clients' data.
BookSlot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost bookings, lost revenue, or data loss.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of India for Indian users and the laws of England and Wales for UK users. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the respective jurisdiction.
